Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a returns or exchange. 


We will Refund orders that have been damaged during the Shipping, Send us  proof with photos/videos at during the 14 Days upon order reception.

We will send you the details to return the item and we will send a Refund when Item is received.

Shipping Cost for any returns are at customers charge.

Orders are not Refundable while on delivery, packages have to be sent back in good conditions to offer refunds.

Our Warranty covers Damage during the Shipping, if the item arrives damaged you can return it and we will give you a refund in 14 days after receiving the Item.

You can contact our customer service team within 14 days after receiving the goods, if there is a quality problem and a refund is applicable.

Note: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. 


  • Contact Queenie Customer Service Team to request a return at , please DO NOT send back to the address on the parcel.
  • Fill in the after-sales service card.As well as print the barcode and paste it on your return parcel.
  • Return your item. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost and any related expenses.
  • Send us your Tracking information
  • Get a Refund. Most refund/exchange are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon Inquiry, will confirm the delivery to the addres provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
